| SUPPORTED OPERATING SYSTEMS SUI Pack v3.0 is designed to work with 4D 2003/2004/v11 SQL under Mac OS X with Apple SR & TTS installed and enabled on the client. SUI Pack v3.0 is Universal and will run natively with 4D v11 SQL on Intel-based Macs. On Windows it is designed to work with Windows XP, but other Windows versions may be supported, as long as the needed speech engines are installed. SOFTWARE LICENSE Inquire4D SUI Pack is sold with a no-hassle license per developer. Each license sold permits unlimited use of Inquire4D SUI Pack by the purchasing developer. You, as the registered licensee, may use SUI Pack to develop and deploy numerous private, enterprise and commercial applications. There are no additional development or deployment fees. If you are on a development team, you may allow others to develop with SUI Pack for projects you are working on, but those developers should purchase a license for their own independent use. This is not technically enforced and relies on the honor system! You may not use SUI Pack as part of a publicly distributed 4D shell, component or library without prior written consent of InquireTec Software. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY InquireTec Software will not be held liable for any damages including lost profits, loss of data or other special incidental or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use SUI Pack.
